Properties:
Exquisite white crystalloid powder. A large slightly bitter alkali flavour. Easy to absorb carbon dioxide in the air and become calcium carbonate, hot to 522 degree dehydration into cao. The relative density 2.24 degree (at the same time, melting point 580 dehydrate). Soluble in acid, ammonium salt, glycerin, soluble in water, alcohol, is insoluble in water solution to the skin, alkaline, fabric have corrode action.
Use:
Used as carbon dioxide acidity gas such as absorbing hard water softener, disinfectants, making acid agents. Widely used in pharmaceutical, in organic synthesis.
